The merchandise available on beautedesoi.com is subject to change. To stay informed of new arrivals and sales, you can register to receive our newsletter when creating an account. Despite our efforts in synchronizing the website merchandise with our stock, some items that appear on the website may be out of stock. In this case, we will automatically refund your payment and inform you about the unavailability shortly after the order is placed.
CHECKOUT
You will be able to make changes to your cart until the order is confirmed. Shopping at beautedesoi.com is safe. You do not have to provide Personal information to Beaute de Soi. We will collect your personal while you check out and proceed your payment in PAYPAL only.
PAYMENT
We accept payments by Visa, Mastercard or PayPal. We will receive your payment through PAYPAL and your shipping information will be collected from PAYPAL too. We will contact you to confirm them before your order is shipped.
ORDER MANAGEMENT
You may cancel or make changes to your order as long as the order has not been shipped. To do so, please contact us through the phone number or email shown at the top of this page. Please note that we will not able to cancel your order once we shipped them.
BACKORDERED
We sometimes have merchandise for sale that has not yet been received from our vendors, or that has sold out and is being restocked. You can still order these items to reserve your favorite color or size, and we’ll ship them to you as soon as supplies are replenished. The expected ship date for backordered merchandise is listed on the product page. We do our best to keep these dates accurate, but please be aware that in rare circumstances we may experience delays.
If your order contains a mix of in-stock items and backordered items, we will separate into two deliveries.
FAULTY MERCHANDISE
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault has occurred. Please note that items damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered faulty. If you would like to exchange a faulty item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. We will send a replacement item at our cost after a thorough quality check. All faulty items must be returned in its original packaging with all garment tags and labels intact, unused and unwashed.
FINAL SALE ITEM
