DOMESTIC DELIVERY POLICY

Beautedesoi.com offers FREE delivery on all domestic Hong Kong orders by local couriers and HK Postage. Orders are processed delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow up to 5-7 days for processing time. We are unable to delivery to PO Box.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We currently offer delivery in Hong Kong only. If you are located outside Hong Kong and are interested in placing an order for an item on the website, please call our Hong Kong office at (852) 5191-1066 or email us at orders@beautedesoi.com and we will be happy to help you placing an order.

WRONG ADDRESS, NON-RECEIVED ITEMS AND RETURNS

If the item is not received and sent back to us by the postal service company you will be charged the actual delivery fee. The price of the item will be credited once we receive the item. We will contact you to inform you when we receive the package.
