Return Policy
RETURN
Items marked sale and pre-order cannot be returned. Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the package delivery date. The items must not be worn, altered, damaged or washed and must have their original tags. We do not accept returns for underwear and swimwear. Delivery fees are not refundable. The balance will be refunded to you within 7-10 business days of the reception of the item at beautedesoi.com office. All returns must be authorized by us prior to the return; you will need to contact us within 48 HOURS prior to proceeding with a return. You will be provided with return instructions along with a return authorization number. The return authorization number must be clearly written on the outside of the package. We are not responsible for the loss or delay of packages being returned and suggest using a shipping service that provides a tracking number and insurance.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We will gladly accept returns and exchanges on all items if you are not satisfied with your purchase. These items apply to regular price merchandise. The items must not be worn, altered, damaged or washed and must have their original tags. Items marked sale and pre-order cannot be returned. Please read the following carefully for rules, guidelines and procedures on returns and exchanges.
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Send us an email at returns@beautedesoi.com within 48 HOURS of receiving your order, with a brief explanation of your return or exchange, as well as the order number.
2. Once your return or exchange is approved, you will receive an Email.
3. Pack and seal your return merchandise securely and include the Original Receipt in the package. Returns must be made via a postal or courier service with tracking abilities. Please note that BEAUTE DE SOI® will not accept liability for lost shipments and/or item(s) that are damaged during transit.
4. ALL RETURNS MUST BE POSTMARKED WITHIN 7 DAYS from receiving your Return or Exchange Approval Email

5. You will be notified by email once your return has been received and successfully processed. Please retain this document for your records.
6. Upon acceptance of the returned merchandise. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your refund to be processed. We will receive full cost of the item(s). Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Note: For exchanges, the new item will be delivery to the same address you used for your original purchase. Do note that exchanges will only be processed if the item is available.
FINAL SALE ITEM
ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. NO EXCEPTIONS. The following items are FINAL SALE items and cannot be returned or exchanged:
